Just watched Madge's pre game presser on the Wests Tigers site and geez Madge looks like a different person this year to last year. Just came across relaxed & he didn't come across as someone under pressure at all.

His responses to the questions was all about just allow the players to do the talking, he didn't set any expectations at all. He didn't quip or put his uncontrollable stress look on to the tough questions either. I actually like the new approach, lets see if the players will back it up.
