2nd game and we have gone back to the same shit one out hit ups . Disappointed in Hastings he looks non interested.
Also Laurie has to go as a fullback, he gave the knights the 1st two try’s , failed to but his body on the line for the 1st and the second he stayed at marker rather than get back for any kick , I think he is over rated. Another year and this same results , think Madge is going to get the chop sooner rather than later .

Nothing much to like about that game. I expected better. Can’t see much improvement on last year. Did we have a pre season?
Giving away stupid penalties, mistake after mistake & poor last tackle play execution. There was only 2 good line-breaks & they couldn't capitalise on them. Other than those 2 runs, by JTJ & Jackson, there wasn't anything positive to come out of that.
I give credit where it's due, Newcastle's defensive effort is outstanding. They kept the Roosters to 1 try last week & they continued that today.
But the Tigers were terrible. Could not defuse a high kick. Dropped balls. Poor passes. Lack of discipline.
