So it's the first game my 2 boys will be going to and I'm really excited. It's been a demoralising year so far in general I think we can agree but last week was the first game in a while I really enjoyed watching (despite the ending). We'll be in the supporters bay and can't wait. Hope the team all lift and compete and my boys (qlders albeit 😒) enjoy it.

Anyone else going and excited to see what is dished up?

I remember taking my eldest (Now 19) to a Dogs game that we lost.

I ended up lying to him and telling him we won.

yep...seen this far too often. We've always lacked confidence and resilience. We thrived when passes stuck and wins happen in succession but really struggled (worse than other teams it seemed) when things just didn't go our way.

Mate I will be there 100%, in my Balmain jersey, tigers beanie, tiger undies on underneath. Sitting with the wife (bronco lover) and our 7 year old daughter (tigers supporter she had no choice haha)

Suncorp stadium is the best stadium in the country, IMO.
Great atmosphere.

Hopefully the boys put on a good show for yas and get the win.

I'm going mate. I'll be wearing a white tigers hat in the same area. I'm a nearly 7' big ol man 😁
Are you going to the meet and greet on Friday night at the Town Hall?
That would be good for the kids. Tickets still available I think. Just phone the leagues club and you can purchase over the phone.

It's a shame the Marvel jerseys are no more. Buying a rocket racoon jersey for my son helped solidify his allegiance when things weren't going so well on the field. Maybe try to track down these for your boys as a back up?

Yes, he is the one in the ads. I've started to soften my stance on him though - preparing myself for if he returns I suppose. At the very least, by making him an offer, we make Parra stump up more cash. Thought you'd be a fan of his return?
