Its great to see, how much the club, players and sponsors are putting back into the community. Recognising programs to assist the community, know matter what age, disability, gender and level of participation. What was even better to see, was the development players are setting the standard in regards to club culture and standards. This is an area that I have always believed to be a major core issue for an organisation like the Weststigers . I have noticed a huge swing to community based activities and support for said groups and seems to have been guided by Justin Pascoe and Ms Go . If you can bring the community along with you that is a major progressive step in cementing your long term viability.
