In an effort to provide a more social atmosphere at Wests Tigers Forum, we are looking at having a social gathering at one of the local watering holes located just outside the SFS on the day of the Foundation Cup (Saturday 26 February).

All Wests Tigers Forum members are invited to attend. I already know that several of the admins/mods will be there but we would like to see more of the forum members out there so we can put faces to names and have a chat and a laugh before the game starts.

If anyone is interested in catching up before kickoff, please respond to this thread if you intend on watching the Foundation Cup (Saturday 26 February) and would like to meet with other members on here. No harm done if you don't wish to meet up, we are merely wishing to make things a bit more social and friendly.

Time and venue to be announced.

I'll more than likely be going so hopefully I'll get a chance to chat with you guys - football though, no politics!!
 
That pub near Fox Studios is good, the Fox and Lion.
How about there?

Sounds good. We'll see how this thread fares over the next couple of weeks and set a time.
 
Good to see the evolution of the forum in its various forms over the years has really grown positively…..this is a great idea and a far cry from the days where differences of opinon resulted in threats being issues via PM

Will probably be hard for some to believe Ive made some good friends on here
 
Hope you can make it Ink, it would be good to catch up again with some familiar faces such as yourself and meet some new ones as well.
 
Yep will be god to catch up again Willow, I plan on being there unless some unforeseen circumstances arise….should be some 'feeling' in the game too
 
I would come, but have some other commitments, if I can get around them I will definitely come. Would be good to put some faces/personalities to these posts.
 
Yep, i'll be there.

Maybe tags could be used, i don't know anyone and it would help identifing WT Forum members from other supporters just there having a beer.

Anyway i'll let you guys decide the details.

We won't go with nametags, we will grab a table or three outside the fox and lion and people can just wander over as they wish.
