What about Tim Sheens ?

In the past I've made my fair share of comments about should he stay or should he go. Even though I have the upmost respect for him, I have said he should go. My reason of thoughts are, we can get better results out of our players under a different coach, for a while now our players are in a comfort zone.
Then you have supporters jump on these comments and tell you your crazy.
Ok what is a acceptable finish this year after 26 rounds. Don't forget we where favorites.
I say nothing less than fourth.
Please to all fans of Sheens, tell us what you think, don't just shoot us down tell us what is acceptable. Or is it you don't know what you really want.

If we make the 8 with the squad we have this year… I'll be surprised to be honest.
"Favourites" You have to be kidding right?
We have no Fullback and Halfback, Yeah... We have guys who can play in these positions,
But realisticly.... They are NOT recognised in these positions!!
Can't blame Sheens because of the outcome with Lui, Even if we hadn't moved him on... He was suspended for a year anyway.
Fullback... Has been an Issue since 2007 (I don't think 2008 was Hodgos best year) There could have been more retention in this position I feel. Moltz is playing there and OK at the minute, But he is no more a FB than Mitch Brown was... Brown a far superior FB in D, Moltz has the wood on him in attack...
It looks like we are finally over that hurdle, With Nofoaluma, Tedesco, Rudolf all coming through and competant in the position... However, Thier best is still a couple years away.
I was talking to a coach (Who knows Sheens very well) Last week and he said something that really rang some bells with me... He says "Sheens is too much of a nice guy" When you are the man, You have to be both... A nice guy when you need it, and a ruthless pr*ck when you need to as well...
If Sheens is in fact too nice to let guys go when they are past it, And stand blokes down when the form warrants it.. Then that IS a problem!!
I can think of at least 2 starters in our last 2 games that should be in Ressies... But I fear it will never happen.
Fact is.... If it continues to happen, Then you are right..... We need someone who will make the difficult decisions to move us forward. We have too much talent coming through for the next 6-8 years to be playing favourites!!
That is the only thing I can fault him on... At times in the past I felt he has revolutionised the game somewhat, But once that is countered... Then you need a back up plan.
At the moment..... We don't have that!!
