This merger is brocken and farcical.
The pressure is on the NRL to address this Black and Gold stain on the NRL banner.

I've never seen a team with as little to no luck like our team.

I felt they defended very well for pretty much the entire game, especially when down a player in the bin. And that gives me confidence somewhat. I'm a big believer in defence. If you can stop the opposition from scoring, you're always gonna be in the game.

I'm no Brooks hater. I reckon he has been pretty good for his ability this season. We aren't losing because of Brooks. The coach though has to start trying stuff. The problem is with Hastings and Doueihi out it's hard to experiment.

Madden has been good. Him and Brooks are playing to a similar level. Maybe Madden's kicking game has been a bit better but it's close. Madden muffed a kick last night in a good position but so did Brooks. Madden defensively has been good. He has been pretty impressive. He wouldn't be on Brooks money whatever that is.

I like Hastings and Doueihi as our halves but maybe you can try and fit more of them in.

This season is pretty close to a write off already. When Doueihi and Hastings come back I hope we see big changes. Try Brooks in different spots. We don't have quality players at 1 or 9.
