The HSC is so stressful haha, could imagine. Thats awesome, which uni did she get into? I also got early entry, may be the same one.

The HSC is stressful if you let the people around you con you into thinking its the be all and end all.
I flaked out in year 12 after getting near grade topping marks all the way through school, I'd just had enough of it. I finished my HSC, did OK but not nearly as well as I should have.
So many kids put themselves under unnecessary stress for the HSC to get a degree that may not guarantee them a job in the future anyway because employers look for experience as much as qualification.
Hope it was all worth it for you though Milkster, and you achieve the marks you were after.

OK Milkster let me give you one piece of advice that you didn't ask for:
HSC is super stressful and dominates your last year - and in about 3 months from now, nobody will even care how you did, so long as you are doing what you want to do post-school. I went to university with a guy who got TER of 100, he was clearly a genius, he ended up in America. I went to uni with another guy who got 65 and he ended up being a sort of genius too, just that the school system didn't suit his learning style.
Myself, I did pretty well in the HSC but struggled at uni - uni gives you heaps of freedom, and I spent that freedom drinking, having a great time and skipping classes. 51 became my pass-mark friend and I went part-time so I could earn some money instead of being dead-broke all the time.
I'd love to go back in time 15 years and put that hat on again.

@Tigerdon said:Milky the HSC (in Rugby League terms) is a game of two halves.
Just because you may have knock on in the first set of six, doesn't mean you can't win.
It's good you have come into the sheds (WT forums) and refreshed. Now go back out their and kill it.
You'll have the wind behind you in the second half.

CSU mate, so I doubt that you would be coming out this way.

Yep Milkman and if you don't achieve the results you have many options available , don't fret if you fall short of your goals
Good luck to all students and families with their studies , hope you achieve everything you aim for and more
And support your kids if they don't quite reach their goals , support them , I didn't realize how many kids fall into depression after receiving their results back
