What is your Favourite Pasta Meal???

Guys, I'm in the process of designing a new Fast Food Franchise which offers Lunchtime meals in Shopping Centre Food Courts. The concept will offer New York Slice Pizza; a variety of Pasta's and a variety of Salads and a few extras.

I'd love to hear what your Favourite Pasta Meals are so I can guage a variety of options to place on the Master Food Template.

I really enjoy a nice penne, light freshly made tomatoe and basic sauce with garlic prawns, chilli a little crispy pancetta and a few capers
 
I get spoilt living with my Nonna! Her Lasagne and Canneloni are tha bomb.

I like a few different types. Plain penne or spaghetti with olive oil, bacon, garlic, parsley and diced tomato. Also like penne with tomato sauce, olives, mushrooms and chilli.

Not a fan of the creamy pastas or pesto.
 
How about some recipes, don't mind the old pasta myself but usually just whip up some Bolognese using a jar of store bought sauce some mince and either spiral pasta linguinie or fettacinie, need some ideas please.

Won't be any good for the menu Watto , but had a Spanish seafood stew with pasta in it I think it is spelt zorzicci

All the mussels , shellfish cooked while in the stew Absolutely beautiful but was like sulphuric acid going down

Drank an entire bottle of champers to try and stop the burning
 
just made one today

fettucine with cheese sauce, mushroom, peas, spinach and feta. could've tasted better.. was a little heave though.
 
After spending a lot of time in Griffith with its Italian background, cottaletta rolls are simple but popular. Penne arrabiatta is my personal favourite though

Simple pastas are the best for me

Linguine with olive oil , garlic , chilli , parley cherry tomato & prawns
