What one player from any club would improve the team instantly?

I don't think we need a 5/8, only if Moses walks. Josh does have some grit to him but we need a halfback more, way more.

Trent Hodgkinson comes to mind, but Newcastle won't be parting with him easily (unless he wants a release, which they will deny).

Sam Williams or maybe Josh McCrone might be options. Man grab Carney and just pair him up with a dropkick reserve grader that we won't mind firing once they both are at the Cross with beer bottles surrounding them.

I don't think we will keep Moses. Hoping we won't meet his inflated price tag and someone else picks him up

Besides the obvious (Thurston, Cronk, Smith) I think Dane Cook, Coen Hess, Latrell Mitchell or Matt Gillette would be amazeballs for us
