Was watching the game tonight when Moltz came on what position was he playing he almost looked like a floater in our backline anyone have any ideas?? well done on getting our first win for 2011 was scrappy but a win is a win.

Fox said he went on for Fifita….who knows with reshuffles and backs in scrums these days...Wade Mac, Benj & Lui all were there too
Didnt see him at dummy half

Molts replaced Jason Schirnack and went to Right Centre until Robbie came off. He then played mostly at dummy half for the last 7min.

He went on with one of the Shirnacks coming off I think. Went into right centre, Ayshford pushed in one.

Covered hooker for the last 5 when Farah went off with cramps.

Just post this in every thread, you're bound to get an answer….
Haha. Farah was getting cramps toward the end of the game and didn't look too happy and ended up taking a rest. Didn't see any stretchers or anything like that you mentioned in all the other threads you posted the same question.

Thanks Demps thought there was going to be no love tonite so just kept throwin it out there til i got a response No the situation was about 20-25 minutes left probably overstating it on radio

Moltzen was again, hardly used. I know he's just come off an ACL injury, but he's had almost 12 months to recover and Sheens is still reluctant to play him. If playing in State Cup mean more game time ATM, then I'm all for him playing in State Cup. He needs the game time.

He got about 25 odd mins last night, as opposed to about 10 in round one.
Sheens has said he'll gradually increase his game time…so far his word is good.
Patience

I think we learnt alot last night on how Sheens might play Moltzen this year…

I've always been a fan of 4 forwards, but I'm most happy to have an attacking utility option on the bench if it comes in the form as someone as talented as Tim...

Did you like his planned kick chase….brilliant....Marshall winked Moltz was off like a rocket.....no knee problems then

Aysh did score his try from the second-row position (Heighno stayed at lock positionally - while Aysh went one in - as has been stated by others - to play right 2nd-rower)!!

He did pack into scrums at lock - but did not play that middle role in general play!

He was good there - but he is far more effective with a little bit more room to move!!

Moltzen to centre and Ayshford to lock.

Ayshford is wasted at lock. Moltzen to full-back, Mckinnon to the bench.

Spot on re Ayshford and Moltz. Benji alluded to it on the footy show, saying that he thought number 1 was Moltz's best position. I suspect that remains Sheens thinking too (he was playing him there at the start of last season). I doubt we'll see McKinnon on the bench though. If it's a back it will likely be Brown or Daniella.

My crystal ball says we will persist with the current set up for another month or so. McKinnon will do his hamstring again and Moltz will replace him.

As noted, last night Moltz came into the centres and everyone else seemed to move in one.
