Heres one from the early 70’s For all the metal heads.
Liner notes: In mid-January 1973 Buffalo supported Black Sabbath at two Sydney shows on the Australian leg of the United Kingdom heavy rockers' Volume IV Tour. Their Sabbath-inspired hard rock was never played on mainstream radio in Australia but they are now viewed as a seminal Australian metal band.

Was at that show at the Hordern Pavilion. Buffalo Revisited with Dave Tice upfront played Volcanic Rock in its entirety live in 2018 and released it as a live album.

I remember him in an interview talking about this song saying that he new he had a killer riff but thought he was subconsciously ripping it off. They went on tour and he was asking everybody have you heard this riff and of coz nobody had and he wrote the song shortly after.
Imagine that, a musician being concerned he was plagiarising someone’s work, now that is old school, coz nowadays they don’t care.
Yes I am looking at you Ed Sheeran.
