That's interesting, I have always considered Cowboys from Hell to be a poor first draft before they found their real sound. I wouldn't even put Cowboys from Hell and Vulgar Display of Power in the same league. Each to their own though!

Cruelty and the Beast is my favourite black metal album ever ! Beneath the howling stars and The twisted Nails of faith slap
Huge fan of Midian also! Hopefully they remaster that and Dusk and her Embrace.

Great Southern Trendkill is a strong album as well. Has some of their best songs on it IMO. Floods, Drag The Waters and Suicide Note especially.

Turns out it was. Idk how I feel about it. His voice is unreal, but I might need to listen to it a few times to see if it grows on me

I’ve listened to it a couple times today. I like it. So much more emotive than Guns version.

I like his covers, this isn't as good as Nothing compares to you and Billie Jean.

I really miss Chris though and would listen to this cover all day long, I miss him so much I almost listened to Scream, his dance album the other day.
