What we are missing out on

We lost a lot of players to the sharks. Thats one player we needed to keep.

That hindsight can belt you in the back of the head some times.

Hindsight

People have been screaming for years we need go forward front rowers….we couldnt get anything out of him, someone that knows what theyre doing could tho

I thought one of the biggest reasons we let him go was cos his attitude sucked. Haven't seen any signs while he's been at the Sharks resembling a poor attitude.

Maybe we let go of him because he was a good young player? Have you forgotten we only sign old duds?

It was a decision between Woods, Groat and Fifita. At the time Fifita's attitude had fallen away a bit and he had some defensive issues. Blame Sheens, but these were things that could always be fixed with time and development.

I would take Woods, Fifita, Galloway and Buchanan over any pack, any day of the week.

At the time it was the right decision; for example what if we let Blair or Bodene go right now? No complaints I doubt. But then they both join the Eels and start average 150m. "GOD DAMMIT WEST TIGERS MANAGEMENT!!!!"

There was plenty of other deadwood they couldve cut to keep fafita woods and groat…dont swallow the co. line

Just look at the flotsam still floating around concord doing jack

either that or they got their sums wrong and stuffed up the cap...useless amateurs

I have always had this view. Players join us and become soft. Leave us and play better.
Bronson Harrison, Ben Teo, Anthony Laffranchi .. Dont know what the deal is but we are taming our players too much..

Harrison had one or two decent seasons and petered into nothing. Te'o had one or two good seasons and so far at Souths has done nothing. Laffranchi was awesome for the Tigers always and did not improve at the Titans, merely remained the same quality and made rep sides because he didn't play for us.

If anyone missed it Andrew FIfita made 250m for Sharks last week and had 15 runs.

I have no idea why he was moved on. Will Blair ever get us 100 m ?

Woods, Galloway & Fifita would give us one if not the best prop rotations in the comp.

Teo killed it at Brisbane and is holding a spot in a souths pack that has depth out of its earoles and its (C) in reggies
Boof DID improve ….playing the victim card in regards to him making rep teams is embarrasing

Laffranchi was our best player for years mate. Sweet memory.

Those stats out the Sharks on the weekend are mind boggling really.

Luke Lewis: 85 mins, 18 runs for 182 metres, 3 tackle breaks, 1 line break assist
Wade Graham: 85 mins, 16 runs for 125 metres
Andrew Fifita: 55 mins, 25 runs for 250 metres, 9 tackle breaks
Chris Heighington: 64 mins, 24 runs for 195 metres, 4 offloads

Lol 2 of those players were here and the other one was might close. Be nice to have pigs willing to get that involved. Here's hoping the likes of Sue and co get there.

Yet he went on to represent NSW and Australia. He was more than successful after leaving us

He wasn't in the boys club!!!Simple as that!!!.if I were him I would be running at Benji all night long Friday….

I heard he had many off field indiscretions, which the club swept under the carpet & kept away from the media…. Only so long that you can keep doing that for - Noone on here has said what a great call it was to let go of that big powerful machine known as Daine Laurie though ?? Hindsight ha...

Yeah absolutely. I just don't think he improved. He was just always that good and stood out more at the Titans.
