What will we see next weekend?

It will be very interesting to gauge how some of our players perform next week. They have to turn around and go out against the premiers without there captain and speeed man again. More importantly wil potter fix our horrible attack - brooks is good at what he does but its not creating anything at the moment, yeah anasta has experience but he has no actions on the field! Austin must be five eigth this weekend…but i reckon potter will wait for farah.

Our next match 11 days away and gives Potter plenty of time during the next training sessions to blend in a few changes to the team. With Gavet expected back but Simona not likely to play I believe that the following changes must take place;

1\. Replace Rowe with State Cup fullback Abou-Slieman.
2\. Switch Nofolauma to centre and bring Lulia on the wing.
3\. Drop Anasta and replace with Austen to start and continue as 5/8.
4\. Promote Cherrington to start as hooker with Luani on the bench taking hooker/2nd row role.

IT KILLS ME WHEN YOU SAY HORRIBLE ATTACK! We are coming second on most points scored and if it wasnt for manly's floggin yesterday we would be first. I never hear fix our defense, its all praises at how our defense has improved. No, no, no, our defense has not changed. It is our attack winning our games for us and that makes our bad defense un noticeable, how many times this year did we limit the OP to less than two tries?

I think we have to allow for Fulton to play some DH and have only a starting hooker, losing a prop out of rotation killed us

One of the things that I think really killed us yesterday was the lack of penalties for offside/markers not square called. Quite a few times early on Luani or the like darted, catching the markers out but it wasn't called, which seemed to make us play much wider of the ruck than the straight up the guts style which has worked for us.
That and playing Fulton and Austin on the bench really took away from our impact and roll forward.

I'm not sure of availability, but I'd like four bigs on the bench and a concerted effort to play the Roosters up the middle. They've got a good pack, so let's fire up and take it to them a la the Souths game, it's a good place to start if nothing else.

I have never screamed so much at the match officials during a game. I'm not excusing the Tigers performance, but the standard of refereeing around the ruck was appalling. I think the Titans probably would have won even without all the grubbing to slow down the roll on, but it left a pretty sour taste in my mouth.

It's another good test, Roosters are playing themselves into form and I think we have drifted away from our best.

It really depends on which side shows up in the first 20\. I am a rubbish tipper a week out this year, but it's must easier to pick the result after 5 minutes of game time.

I hate when fans turn on the team after a loss so we are travelling along pretty good last week against the titians wash't the best game though we are missing some important people .If we next game every one will be saying that a a great team.
