Seems like a good place to put this.
I will be a believer if we end up having someone praise our set up like one of our rivals in the next couple of years.

For me it would be players putting in the 1%ers on the field- showing desperation and fight in every game. It would be a united dressing room. What I would look for here is the coach having the players listen to him, without having to say, "eyes up boys", also the body language of the players, showing they are feeling positive most of the time and believe in the plan.

A new coach would at least return me to the glass half full point, as it is just about bone dry after supporting a team that has been drilled into a hard to watch robotic like mob of zombies.

We have footballers in our squad that need to be allowed to play!

Yes - I wonder what a new approach could bring out of this squad. I'm not convinced they lack potential. Time will tell...if we get a new coach.

The whole playing for the coach baffles me.
Play for your family and the fans!

Same. It's like at work if you don't like the boss and he asks you to do something and you just go "nah, not doing that",

After 3 seasons Maguire could inspire the players in 2022 to look at least enthusiastic and actually look like a structured team that would make me a believer !

Less ebbs and flows, more tries and tackles

Glass half empty at the moment after the coaching news, but I hope to have that turned around by Week 8 of 2022. If we have 4 or more wins out of 8 games, then I will start to believe. At this point Sheens is the only hope I am clinging to.

Being completely honest and realistic.

1- shake up in coaching staff. Madge is staying that’s sorted, then we need new and innovative assistants to bring new ideas and networks to the squad.

2- 3 quality signings, I’m not talking $1mill players. I genuinely just want 3 starting players signed. Making our 17 much stronger overall.

I don’t want squad fillers or bench players, I want improvements on current roster spots.

3- Some accountability from the head office staff in someway shape or form.

All very realistic before the start of the season.

My Ode to 2022

I call it "Hey Jacob Liddle "

Hey Jacob Liddle
The edges and middle
Talau jumped over the moon
Madge laughed so much to see such fun
Luke Brooks won us the wooden spoon

If your unsure of what song to sing it to .....hey Diddle Diddle ...

So far since the season ended their is absolutely nothing to remotely convince me things are heading in the right direction. Same coach, same CEO, same board and basically same squad. How can we believe things will change. Just ain’t going to happen without a massive broom starting at the top and going right through the joint

100%.
Next year is going to be rough.
I’d like to see a few pages lifted from the Penrith big book on defence but our blokes just don’t seem committed enough to enact the plans and strategies.
