Whatever happened to Folkes

wasnt he the defense dude at WT ?

NO - (need I explain the 99% of your posts being factually incorrect now????)!!!

He was Strength & Conditioning Coach and has proven at Saints that his contribution here was evidently overstated!

He replaced Cherry Mescia as S&C Coach in 2010 - but Cherry went to the Roosters and they beat us to the GF that year - surely popping the Folkes bubble!!!

damn you keep burstin my bubble babe

I like Steve Folkes, and have no doubt he contributed whilst here, I also think people were overstating his importance when we lost those games early on.
Im assuming he has greater influence at the Saints then he did with us, given Price is a new coach, where as at the Tigers we had Royce and Gentle as well as Folkes and Sheens.

Who's the short grey haired dude with the mo that hands out the gatorade at halftime red?

I call him Super Mario but I am 80% sure that is not his name

Smeg, not 100% sure but isnt it Brian Hilder. He has been with Sheens for years, retired a few years back but seems to have made a come back. Although Iam not 100% sure could be a case of mistaken identity.

Probably Flippedy

He keeps telling us he works in aged care , and some of the Tigers players aren't getting any younger

Anyone see a possible connection ??

Folkes is probably the biggest myth on this forum. I like the terms factually incorrect to describe the fanfare that he has received.
