A killer instinct. Not adapting to the style of play the opposition is playing. Monotonous and boring 5 hit ups bomb game plan.

I remember a little grab from Fifita saying that Flanagan had given the team (or just him, didn't see the context) a license to just go and create something when they're in their attacking 20\. That's what's missing from us.
It's all well and good playing to a structure and playing field position - though our execution isn't making this easy - but to me our players are just screaming for the shackles to be at the very least loosened in attacking areas.

A weak back row, reserve grade bench and a 5/8 with possibly the worst kicking game in the comp. That will do for starters.

What we are missing is 17 players doing what the coach has instructed.

or are we going to have a player revolt like Potter faced last year.

I say - "do as your told or go and shake hands with Fletcher" - it is not open for discussion. That is what he should be saying.

The last thing we need is players throwing the ball around willy nilly to appease a few people who think we are playing boring football. Great idea throw it around and get beat again by 60.

No, I'm not a great fan. I just think we should look like Tigers not Panthers.
Understand where the like comes from though.

You know what's missing….a little leniency from the coach,give them their head and let them play what's infront of them,they have really concentrated on the structure,now let them play to their potential and ability,at least for one game,surely it won't hurt....it's the losses playing to structure that is really hurting at the moment...it's time for slight change...
