I'm still a bit baffled as to why Sheens would bring back Fitzhenry…...and an uneasy feeling that he is well and truely in the Coaches plans for 2010....

We seem to have ample outside backs and surely with the young talent in the club the halves are covered?

Now I thought the Fitz had his moments....nowhere near as bad as he as made out on here but by the same token nowhere near as good either.........

So my question is?..........Will we see Fitzhenry in First Grade in 2010 and if so which Position will he play?

they bought him back i believe to be a back up hooker in case Farah gets injured or rep duties. He played Hooker whilst he was overseas and did a pretty good job of it…

The doughnut king is here for backup IMO. I can't see him in the FG squad unless players are injured.

I agree, he could fit in as hooker, especialy if Robbie gets called up for rep honours.
all he may need to do if to learn how to defend himself in a scrum.

Running the water bottles!

No seriously I think he will be utilised off the bench - we know with Tim's track record with Fitzhenry that he will find a spot somewhere for him.

Like a few others I'm worried he'll be given a spot in the squad of the back of "training well" grrrrr

If however he is used backup for Farah throughout the Origin period… I will have no issues... he just better not prevent some of our younger guys getting the nod.

I think so too but where does that leave the young blokes like Carr and Makaui…......surely they could offer a little more...........

No 6 - for sure…

Whos that Benji guy?

PS - I Hope he isnt reading this Thread as by all acounts he isnt a bad bloke.

I got my Fitzy signed Xmas card in todays mail.

Quite chuffed.

If nothing else Fitzhenry will provide experience and guidance to our very young side. Whether you like, loathe or have utter indifference towards him as a player Daniel has always been a positive influence at training and his experience at many levels of the game is unquestioned.

That and he is able to offer a even handed account of the ups and downs of playing the game at the highest level

I was head of the FIzty bashers back in the day,but before I out the boot in,Id like to see how he is playing now, like all our new guys.

Funny that so many peeps arent too keen on him, hehad plenty of support on the forum.

Serious Time - Fitzy as a solid 1st greader for the Tigers.

Not sure if the game has changed a bit in the last few team in terms of physicality and speed.

It will be good to have him around the club and in the feeder teams.

I think former / fringe 1st graders wound have got us over the line against the bulls in the 2009 GF.
