Ryan could not run out of site on a dark night to slow may have passed the ball twice in the last two games, we need speed in the centres. As for Ayshford needs a rocket and put in the forwards he is lazy.

is Ryan really the game winner we need ? sure he saves some sticky situtions , but would he be a walk up starter in most other clubs? i doubt it .
We have a decent roster, all we need to get rid of is the entire coaching staff, along with ronald mcdonnell .Until then nothing will change .

I don't think it's a matter who has to go, but who has to come.

We need a halfback, plain and simple. Tedesco will slot into fullback next year, leaving Moltzen to sit on the bench as the spare utility.

Apart from that, I'd appreciate some freshness in the coaching staff, but I don't think anyone else deserves to be let go bar Tuqiri, who I'm 99% sure will retire anyway.

Beau is a winger and unfortunately i dont think he is in our top 2, as for the rest just get rid of Sheens, a new coach will bring out the best in this squad and if not they will get dropped for underperforming.

Sheens, Moltzen, Ayshford, Marshall, Heighington and Blair - that'll do for starters. Would certainly free up some cap space to buy some decent replacements with more heart.

BUT the one thing Beau has that Mitch didn't was some ticker n pride in the tiger jersey.
The thing that will take us from good to great is for sheens to take off his tiger colored glasses n realize where we are at personnel wise.
