Who you keeping a close eye on?

These games excite me purely to see new things. For me i'll be keen to see the following:

Miller, Thompson, Anasta, Tedesco and Buchanan.

Obviously all the new guys, but also those who now have genuine competition for spots after poor 2012s, including fullback (Moltzen & Tedesco), centre (Ayshford, Simona) and backrow (Blair).

Not that it will be as evident in trials, but I'll be looking to see how we approach games in general. In the last few years we tended to play 60 minute games, whether it be a slow start/strong finish or get to a lead and barely hang on or even lose (re Souths in extra time in heritage round). I'm itching to see if Potter has instilled an 80 minute mentality in the team.

Sort of on topic, but besides the players you're keeping eyes on, how will you be keeping eyes on Potter? For me the above mentioned factor is a big one

i will be like a hawk looking at the defence of the team against a fairly good pack we didnt really see our defence against a crapy side like the whats the matta parramatta seals

Our defence and attitude mainly

Probably Moltzen as well as Buchanan and some of the youger players

Yes Tim I will be watching and if you have a shocker you are going to cop it

Keeping an eye on the coach Mr Potter.

Mainly Rotation of players, structure in defence and attack, player positions and relegating players for shit performances.

x2 Sirro, and I'll add Lawrence to that list as I think he needs a strong performance to show that he's still got it. He's looked sharp on the training paddock and I'd like to see that translate to the field.

Our pigs. They were squashed like toddlers both games against this mob last year. I am not too concerned about the scoreboard but am anxious to see a raise in their defensive attitude.

Leeds, skando…hopefully don't see much of them.

The bottom of my schooner glass as I down a few amber beveridges whilst watching the greatest game in the world and the greatest club in the world….....................GO TIGERS!!!!

i actually know andrew leeds hes a really nice guy he gave me a signed wests tigers jersey when i was working with my dad on his back yard

The Benji & Miller Combo, Blair, Moltz Vs Teddy, Bucahhan, where I parked my car, my false teeth, my 33 Pick The Score TAB Tickets and the bouncer grabbing me by my collar and waiting for his left upper-cut as he leads me out of the ground,,,ONCE AGAIN!!!! GO THE TIGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARS

first will be blair, and if he is still trying to play cute.
hit the line and start playing football.he tried to win it on the ground but doesn't realize being held up and turned over costs him 5 sec and the line is ALWAYS set even if he gets off the ground quickly.

it will be the first sign to me that potter is getting his message across.

next is miller,is he confident and skilled enough to pass at the line.

new recruits should be interesting.
