Why are coaches stopping hookers from running

Is it just me but particular coaches seem to be curtailing high quality hookers from using their running games

Two players I have identified are Granville and Lichaa

Granville along with Cook from Souths have two of the most dynamite running games in the NRL , yet I can't remember the last time I saw Granville take on the line

And Hasler has destroyed Lichaa in my opinion , he may not have the speed of Granville or Cook but is very similar to an early Farah with a touch of guile and a bit of speed as a combination

Why Des can't see how he would create so much more space for his forwards short passing game to become successful again or create time and space for Mbye and Reynolds to play off the back of just has me bewildered

I understand some clubs don't have a hooker that has that skill as a strength (McCullough for example , but his passing game and brilliant defence make up for this weakness )

Just wondering what others opinions are , it is and can be a real critical part of a team's go forward and attack and some clubs seem to have shelved it

Yeah Des is a dope..why he doesn't get you on the phone is beyond me…
