Why is the app never updated?

Why is this app never updated properly? I can never get team lists when it's says? Even on game day they still aren't prepared and the last piece of news was 16 jul over 20 days ago?
This is pretty bad… Is this a true indication of the communication with supporters/members?

Phil,

This forum is not affiliated with Wests Tigers and is a not-for-profit site run by fans, for fans of the Wests Tigers. The admin who created the app have "day jobs" and as such cannot devote every waking hour to it's development and continued maintenance.

Thanks for sharing your concerns though, they will be considered.

No problems, it makes more sense as I did not know this before!
I believed that this was poorly ran from a professional side,
But is exceptional for a fan based app!

In any case the team list is ALWAYS posted on that week's game section within minutes if not seconds after becoming available. Likewise news stories and a whole bunch more are posted all the time. That is no doubt another reason why some of the parts you mention aren't updated - the info is already on the site, just in the forum areas.
