Will the Wests Tigers make the 2018 finals?

Krisnan Inu is another. Rapana and Leilua are getting to that level. We just seem to struggle with any overly large and rangy outside backs and have since time immemorial.

I don't think the NRL can afford to have Brisbane miss out. So I expect the Broncs will get every 50/50 call go their way over the next 3 weeks.
In short, I think we'll just miss it.

I hadn't thought about this, but a truer word has never been spoken. Imagine if there were no QLD teams in the finals? It would definitely hurt the brand up north.
Without a doubt, Broncos have been given a leg up in just about every game this year, to the point of being ludacris. That said, they have some very hard games to win by season's end. I am still very much a believer in our team though.

Is SKD the biggest on field antagonist in our club's history? I say yes.

There are a few contenders, with Gasnier always being my biggest worry. He seemed to tear us a new one every encounter.

I agree, SKD has sunk us a few times.
Braith Anasta also helped to beat us a few times in vital games. Then we bought him and he went on to lose us even more games.
DON'T START ME!
That said, this reminds me of that Simon Dwyer/Hagreaves shoulder charge.
Ringa-ding-ding.

Everyone here is saying its gotta be either us or the donkeys, which it probably will be, but there's also the dragons there. If we can get up over them them on saturday night we're only down on them by two. Its an outside chance but its there as well

If I was a bookie I’d have us 1.50 and the Broncos 2.50.

At the moment Sportsbet has the Broncos at $1.20 and Tigers at $3.50 (after The Tigers being $9.00 before the Raiders game).

That is a massive call.

There would be plenty of punters lining up to bet with you based on the maths!

How many games do you see the Broncos winning over the next 3 weeks? I think we’re a good chance against Saints and Manly.

Probably 1 but who knows, They have a good record against the big sides.

All Im saying is bookies are not in the business of losing money. Doesn't mean they dont lose but their odds are a pretty true reflection across the board of a teams chances.

If Brisbane win just 1 of their remaining 3 games its means we probably have to win all 3.

SO if a bookmaker wanted to put up $2.50 Broncos to make the 8 you would've plenty of takers and not small bets. I would have a large bet at that given the maths purely and simply taking the heart out of it.

My mates who support other clubs are far more confident about WT making finals than I am… personally think the Broncos will get there.

The Wests Tigers deserve to finish in the top 8 much more than the Broncos. It's a concern as to how the Brisbane NRL fraternity will cope with being out of the eight after so many years enjoying easy pathways to the top 8.

If there was any fairness left in the NRL we would, but we all know there isn’t so 9th place it will be. If we were competing with another Sydney club for 8th place (other than Souths of course) than we’d be a chance.

If there was fairness the last round would be like the EPL where every game kicks off at the same time . So nobody knows the score needed .

If it comes down to F/A for 8th spot between us & the broncos in rd 25 we play Thursday night & the Broncos are the last game on Sunday .

I think playing the Thursday is an advantage for us. We play our game knowing we put our best foot forward. Broncos play chasing a win by x amount of points and it is extra pressure on them.

So much to happen between now and then.
