depends on how flexible your morals are - family n bust ,or stay true to yourself

Most by default will choose the former only the few would dare tread the latter. Only a few do, Ghandi, Jesus, Tolstoy, Buddha, etc etc. It's lonely and provoking to be true to yourself. You sacrifice what you thought you were. You lose everyone at the expense of finding yourself.

My 99 y.o. mother in law is on the way out. 8 kids are fighting over what's best. Some, what's best for her...the others what's best for them. Family.

Every human lives in their own bubble. Some bubbles are bigger than others. You guys are much better than me. How do you do it? I wish like you - that when I woke up every morning - my first thought was Wests Tigers. I respect you all for that. It's our team.

I wish someone here would burst my bubble. Put me in my place. What's in it for you? For me. For us as a collective consciousness.

That I don't get. How do you afford this thinking? What am i doing wrong? Someone tell me what I am doing wrong by not following rich kids. Not as a child. But an adult.

How will Wests Tigers or any other club help my family to have a better life. Is it ignorance, stupidity, self indulgence or just evolution.

Or are the Romans correct. Keep them distracted - bread and water will suffice.

What is it that drives you to the point where real life and events around the world are secondary. I guess - what I'm trying to say - while the world goes to shit - what's in it for you. What is your contribution. Does West's Tigers complete your life? Again. What am I getting wrong. Or you believe the world is progressing where equality is shared -

Damn. Don't answer that question. It's rhetorical. In fact I'm pretty sure - that we all agree - that when Wests Tigers win the world seems to be a happier place for those brief moments.

If you had a choice. As an adult - would you rather your son or daughter play for Wests Tigers or go to war for your country.

Wests Tigers are a distraction. Nothing more.
In the great scheme of things, they mean nothing.
The players will lose on a Sunday, pretend to care for 30 minutes, then drive home to their 3 million dollar property and put their feet up…another week done.
The fans will do similar but very differently.
Meanwhile the world inches one step closer to complete murderous chaos.
What a time to be alive.

You won't find it in supermarkets anymore M teenagers were drinking it to get high (wonder if that generation progressed to tidepods)

in regard to fishing - I'm pretty sure you know more than most of us here. Would it be fair to say in warmer climates on this planet that a variety of fish can be caught.

Can't really answer that X fish species is huge, but from experience when the water goes cold Bream, Whiting and flathead go quiet but Luderick and drummer are plentiful, that's when the Rock Hopper is happiest lol.

This is nothing new . It’s the reason the Colloseum was built , baseball continued through world war 2/ the women’s league was started , games and distractions are par for the course … especially during times of war .

Otherwise, what you are saying is - that only family matters and every other human is 2nd.
