WOW ANSATA SHOCKER!.

Braith Anasta went on Sterlo's show last Thursday and whined that he was brought to the WT to play in the halves and that he is totally lost as to what his position in the team is!!!!!…Potter must 've watched the show as he gave Anasta the #7 jumper tonight... WOW what a shocker....this guy Anasta cost us the game IMO...Shocking play, shocking passes, offered no direction, kicking was average...Anasta has offered very little to nothing this year...no matter what position he has played...Rosterman is 1000% spot on with his comments about this guy. he is hopeless and way past his prime(if he's ever had one)..I had hopes he'd assist us this year, but honestly the quicker we get rid of these players who are bludgers the better we will be... Benji put in his usual 2012/13 game....but there is no use harping on Benji as we all know his fate...(thank you Benji!), Ayshford was totally disinterested in contesting the rebound off a Manly 2nd half bomb that led to their late try....I'm over these underachievers, taking the spot of others who want to play...

Now we are out of contention for 2013, its time for Anasta; Ayshford and cement in boots Lawrence to see time in NSW CUP for the remainder of the year...

Alot of merit. Absolute howler.

Unfortunately I've settled with our mediocrity this year so doesn't rile me up

The thing I can't understand is that these guys Anasta Ayshford Marshall and Lawrence are our senior players…they should be our best players not our worst.
How must this all look to the rookies in our team ?

Add Farah, nes going busted too.

I understand Amastas frustration…this BS of someone wearing seven but playing who know where must stop - he wasnt half last night, I dunno where he played

Just another example of why marshall has to go

Anasta and benji both sucked bigtime last night. Benji's timing is so bad now it is a shame compared to some of the stuff he used to do.

I do feel sorry for Anasta. He came here thinking he'd be partnering Marshall in the halves playing under Sheens, now he's playing in the backrow under Potter, then after 20 rounds told to play halfback. I believe he still has was it takes, and has something to offer, and that last night was just something to put behind him.

Your spelling was nearly on par with his game last night. Bold, but not quite there.

I have to agree with Alexaki. Benji and Anasta are over the hills. They have been my idols before unfortunately they are on usedby dates. They have slow down a lot, thus when pressured they took the wrong options as their thinking time have been cut short because they have slow down.On top of that because of their past achievements, they are resting on their laurels and in a comfort zone of their own. They are no longer hungry or wanted things bad enough. It is time they moved to the media, as they are costing us games. Benji has realised that, I have Annasta does it too. I have defended Annasta in the last few months, however I have to realised the inevitable, it is best that he has a graceful exit.
He can play some other role in the club.

Do I have to say how pathetic he was as a signing?? I have been saying it since last year this guy is major useless the worst signing this club has ever had since O Hara Sam Harris or Nick Graham

I must admit I can't remember seeing Anasta throwing no look passes before he came to the Tigers

He was dreadful tonight , his passing game was worse than my sons under 10 side

Realistically, given the halves the Tigers have had to play with this season, Benji should have been playing halfback, with Anasta & Sironen sharing the 5/8 role- Anasta being used as a mentor-type guide for Sironen's development.

Instead we've had Anasta playing everywhere from half, 5/8, lock, 2nd Row & the bench. Sironen, who is less a halfback than either Marshall or Anasta, has been playing half, and Benji has been out of form at 5/8.

Marvellous.

In my opinion, not that it counts for much, but with Marshall moving on, and Sironen seemingly destined for lock, Anasta should be at 5/8 to help young Brooks adjust to 1st grade, and give guidance to young Moses.

Anasta's actual play on the field is less important than the knowledge he's able to pass on to the future halves of Wests Tigers.

He was abnormally bad. Did he have a pain killing injection go wrong in his wrist?

Did think that myself , but wouldn't the coaching and or medical staff work that out

Or are things that bad at the Tigers

As bad as his passing is his speed in defence. Once again someone simply ran around him and scored - has happened before and no matter how much he might improve his 'touch' with game time, he cannot regain his speed.

Reggies for Braith.

Anasta and Benji both cost us tries with wayward passes, the simple catch and pass has been left out of their games, much the same way as they should be left out of our games.

Didn't just cost us tries, they gave away tries.

worst game ever by anyone in Tigers colours…..even worse than some of Moltzen's performances. Effortless, heartless and inept. If that's the best you can do as a professional footballer, you need to find a new career.
