WT vs Dragons..where will our motivation come from?

Of our current 30-man roster, roughly 1/2 have been part of a wooden spoon club; hence, been there, done that (even though you'd hope they don't want to reach a record!!

• Contracted until 2030: Jahream Bula, Sunia Turuva, Terrell May, and Taylan May.
• Contracted until 2029: Adam Doueihi, Sione Fainu, Tino Tavana, and Heamasi Makasini.
• Contracted until 2028: Apisai Koroisau, Kai Pearce-Paul, Alex Seyfarth, Jack Attard, and Javon Andrews.
• Contracted until 2027: A remaining block of 11 depth and core squad players (including Fonua Pole, Jock Madden, Latu Fainu, and Royce Hunt).

Why would you want to bust a gut when you know you have a safe contract anyway? Pride in the jersey? Prove the critics wrong? Or lack of "real" pressure means you've got a job next year anyway??

It's going to take a huge effort to get on top of an in-form Dragon outfit.

IMO pride went out the window months ago. Hopefully they have enough intelligence to know if they beat Saints they won't get the spoon.

The only thing good about this Sh#t show we have watched the last 3 months is we get to put money on the other teams and collect every week. 😆 I would rather us win though
