grow a beard…but you remain the most overpaid, over-rated underachiever player in our colours - if Fulton had any sense, he would be asking management for a substantial pay increase..

Anyway, you'll still be there next week, probably because we won't have anyone else, might want to shake hands with T-Rex, you are in the same league.

(no) Respect

he made 36 tackles ran the ball ok, didn't give away a penalty (unlike most)
he was ok

I think he did give away a penalty, for hand on the ball in the tackle, thing is he shared the penalty with the other wests tigers tackler, they both had a go at it.

I believe after 30 minutes his stats were 3 runs for 20 metres. Pathetic.

We were defending the whole time and dropped it whenever we had it.

He is in a team that's defence is all over th shop and he is trying to plug holes constantly and we compare him to his storm days. Lol At th storm he had a team of guys that could defend and read a game . We have a team that struggles to number up Poor Utai had 4 players at him when gillett scores work that out . I'll blame Blair when we act like a professional team

Blair was really good last night and has been much better this year in general. As said above he made 34 tackles, didn't give away any penalties ( it was Buchannan ) and ran hard when we got the ball making more hit ups and meters then the other 2 back rowers combined. I was critical of him last year but in general he has played much better this year

This is the quote if the year. What was he expected to do without the ball.

He wasn't the one dropping the balls and letting them run through.

Blair hasn't played a bad game all year.

So we didn't touch the ball for an entire 30 minutes did we?

We did a mountain of defending, granted, but Blair's problem is that he only wants the ball when we are in the opposition half.

When we are camped in our own 10 metre line, why does he never take a hit up?

Our plan, which I have never liked, is that our backs take hit ups out from our own line. He wasn't alone in not hitting it up.

He was fine last night. His tackle on Prince in the second half was a beauty.

He's not alone Hybrid ,you can add BMM,Pettybourne and Thompson to that list

Fulton > Blair. I think Potter should pick the team based on performance not how much they are costing us. Put Fulton at lock and maybe rotate him with Bell. Both of those players put in.

Woods doesn't seem to agree with that plan. He often takes two-three hit ups when we are struggling.

Blair needs to take more responsibly when we are in our own half.

What's the point of having a "senior" player like him that doesn't step up, like he needed to last night?
Agree with you, stevetiger.

Since the day he arrived he's been used as a scapegoat. Its his fault when we lose.

Him and Utai are always at fault.

I thought he tried his heart out last night. The only guy putting pressure on kickers and taking the first hitups at times all night

That's how I see it most weeks which is why I have never understood the constant criticism of him.

every team brings it out of their own half the same, wingers and middle field players.
edge back rowers have a different role.
Blair is an edge back rower it is not his job to hit 1 off the ruck all night.
