Not feeling good about next year. Pre season historically doesn’t seem to yield any improvement and we are heading in with the same squad less a couple of our cap thieves.

We might be able to add a couple of players that other clubs are looking to get rid of and no-one else wants

That has a hollow sound to it but since we are losing a couple of players they need to be replaced. Hopefully we don’t start the cycle of bad signings again.

I wouldn’t be surprised to hear on the news tomorrow that there was an all in brawl on the flight with the sharks players or even in fighting between the tigers players 😂

It was only weeks ago we heard the team was administering extra punishments at training for failures on the field. I wonder how those are going. Seems like punishment is addictive and they’ll do anything to get more.

Yet, in this world of professional athletes, it seems that simply turning up, for this team, is all that is required. Win or lose makes no difference. I see this now embedded in this club, and to some extent, see us fans resigned to the mediocrity. To the extent that we can have a laugh about playing the Panthers next week, it goes to show just how low we've sunk. If I look at the ratio of value of footballers to what is been dished out, on the field, I think this would have to be one of the poorest teams we've had since the merger..

You remember when JT was the coach and we had to beat the Raiders (maybe) to make the finals and The boys already had a end of season party on the Harbour booked for that night?
I remember some of them almost running out the gate after that game...

All my family are just at a loss to make any sense of what’s happened over the past 3 seasons … we put the hard yards into supporting the club at ever level no questions asked .
But I must say after decades of support the questions are being asked , having 12 memberships between us we are asking the questions about continuing with our support as we are now feeling the club needs to change its direction .
As just putting there hand out every season is wearing thin , obviously over the coming months we will decide but the club needs to show they are serious in there endeavours as this mediocrity has to end !

I can tell you I won't be supporting the Club financially next season. My kids stopped there memberships 2 seasons ago and don't waste there time watching them play.
I will admit this is the 1st season ever that i have not watched games till the end, yesterday i went and did something else after 10 mins into the 2nd half. I will show some interest again when Pascoe and Madge are removed from there roles.
