Interested to see how all of you would fit in our forwards at full strength..

1\. James Tedesco
2\. Pat Richards
3\. Chris Lawrence
4\. Tim Simona
5\. David Nofoaluma
6\. Blake Austin
7\. Luke Brooks
8\. Aaron Woods
9\. Robbie Farah
10\. Keith Galloway
11\. Liam Fulton
12\. Bodene Thomson
13\. Curtis Sironen

14\. Adam Blair
15\. Martin Taupau
16\. James Gavet
17\. Sauso Sue

Blair to be used at prop, dropping him is not based on performances, I believe he has been one of our best but an impact Blair would br great. That side can go the whole way.

i dont think sirro is a lock personally
i think wide running 2nd rower suits him better
i would keep blair where he is, changing him now will undo all the good work and effort he has managed to get together
sirro off the bench for fults and thompson could be a nice combo

otherwise i agree with it, except in reality anasta for this year is guaranteed the 6, next year we will have a solid halves combo if austin can stick it out with us

I like JD's team, based on if everyone is fit and inform.
I pretty much came up with the same team but could pick between Fulton and Thomson . Have it give it to Fulton base on years worth of consistency.

Taking the 'strength' part very literally;
1\. Tedesco
2\. Nofoaluma
3\. Simona
4\. Lawrence
5\. Richards
6\. Austin
7\. Brooks
8\. Woods
9\. Farah
10\. Galloway
11\. Gavet
12\. Sironen
13\. Blair
14\. Taupau
15\. Seumanufagai
16\. Sue
17\. Akauola
Gavet to rotate between second row and prop.

I know it's highly unrealistic, and though I would have Fulton and maybe even Thompson in my top 17, it would be incredibly interesting to trot this side out for a week or two and let them run riot.

I agree. In Blair's first two season I thought the Tigers had screwed up hard trying to make an 80 minute backrower out of an interchange forward from Melbourne. I thought Blair was best with more weight on him coming on in 20 minute stints. I thought he gave away too many penalties, and his ball handling wasn't consistent enough to be on for the duration.

He also famously got into a fight with Glenn Stewart on the sideline after they'd both been sinbinned. I didn't have a good feeling about that seeing what we'd just bought. I was pleased that we were taking the No Dickheads line with Robert Lui, but thought that should have extended to Blair.

But now in 2014 I'm going to admit the Tigers actually got this one right, unlike some other Sheenius positional juggling. Blair owns that number 13, and I feel confident in his workrate. He's become a real asset at lock and a solid replacement for Hino.

ps. I always sucked at numbering to side of the field. swap wings and centres, even backrow to suit preferred side.

Not bad Black And White, im the same with Lawrence. I like the guy but the squeeze could be on. Akauola is a chance there and ill always find a spot for Halatau who i see as another option.

I don't necessarily believe they will ever run out like this but id select>

1\. Tedesco
2\. Nofoaluma
3\. Simona
4\. Akauola /Halatau
5\. Richards
6\. Austin

Hmm, provided everyone is match fit and raring to go:

1\. Tedesco
2\. Nofoaluma
3\. Simona
4\. Lawrence
5\. Richards
6\. Austin
7\. Brooks
8\. Woods
9\. Farah
10\. Galloway
11\. Sironen
12\. Thompson
13\. Blair

14\. Taupau
15\. Seumanufagai
16\. Gavet
17\. Sue

As good as Fulton is, Sirro can play as an extra link man, plus he has a kicking game.

yeah, it didnt dawn on me until I saw an old 05 vid recently, but Dene did an apprenticeship out there and being the pro he is I doubt would skip a beat… I dont hate Lawrence, but if his only plus is hard running then we have plenty that can fill the role... I suppose it boils down to "fully fit", and whether or not you think Chris is currently fully fit... We are on the same page Gong, no hate at all, just evaluating honestly. We have to be ruthless in order to man-for-man in what will eventually boil down to an epic clash somewhere along the line. When split seconds can matter, poor decisions covered by the turn of a sloth with acceleration to match... Chris is just a second rower out wide, and he wouldnt even rank highly amonst our depth either. Painful as it is to say, and on that coin I really wish I could say otherwise.

Barring Lawrence, Willow also raised another strong option... I have mad man love for Liam, but his side is an honest evaluation also...

My top tier side? Well, based on all factors at the minute:

1\. Teddy
2\. Nofo
3\. Simona
4\. Lawrence
5\. Richards
6\. Austin
7\. Brooks
13\. Blair
12\. Thompson
11\. Fulton
10\. Galloway
9\. Farah
8\. Woods

14\. Taupau
15\. Gavet
16\. Sue
17\. Seumanufagai

18\. Sironen
19\. Akauola

At the moment, this is what is working and beating sides.
