In your opinion, what is your level of approval of the club's handling of Robbie Farah?

I am not sure how the number will be interpreted. I went somewhat approve, but could have also selected somewhat disapprove. I want Robbie out, and wished that the the board & CEO had stood behind the coach last year when this 1st okayed out.

Yeah the step backwards by Pascoe late last year cost a strongly approve from me. Then again, I would have let Potter demote him from the corresponding game against the Dragons two years ago and shown him the door then and there.

It's bad, as is Robbie's handling of the situation.

Honestly thought we were done and dusted for a while, it's ludicrous and pathetic.

Looking forward to both Robbie and JT going to be honest.

The situation between Taylor and Farah is excessively untenable and both should go immediately. I don't feel for Farah because he has already had a great career and is approaching the end of it but his action is bringing down our young players who are trying to build a career playing for Wests Tigers.

My vote is strongly disapprove purely on the timing.

It seemed JT and the coaching staff figured out a workable/winning formula by putting Farah on the bench and injecting him into the game at the 20-25th minute mark. I just feel there is no need to destabilise the team right now…..this issue was to be addressed in house, respectfully and privately and to be dealt with over the next pre-season.

Not to mention Robbie would have gotten his 250th game at Leichhardt which the club could have used as a motivational game to get up against a seemingly hard to beat Cowboys team (using home advantage)

Timing is just all wrong, I'm just fed up with all the drama , especially, the timing of all the dramas (I'm starting to believe our season derailment is engineered) and I don't know why!!!

I think some aspects have been handled poorly, but I think the ultimate goal is the betterment of the club as a whole, and aside from the very poor timing, there's a lot that has been handled admirably too, keeping members informed of all reasoning throughout (except for Wednesday last week), and remaining professional in the media during the process (unlike some) - somewhat approve. As a side note, I do think we're a better team with Robbie in there coming off the bench, but I'm not the coach and nor do I know any of the inner workings of the club, including the general sentiment amongst the playing group, so I'm happy to back the decisions being made at this stage.

My feelings too. I voted strongly approve and started to think like you guys that Pascoe should have done more earlier to support the coach and we may not be in the position we are now. Perhaps I should have voted somewhT approve.
