Our NRL season ends, but NFL starts tomorrow (technically started on Thursday but most games are tomorrow). I’m a Carolina Panthers fan... don’t think they’re Super Bowl contenders but I’m looking forward to the season regardless

Don't really have a replacement sport. Spend more time outside because of the improving weather, probably pick up a TV show to watch.

I watch a fair amount of rugby league by myself every week, so that time comes back to me in spring.

Yah can't say I have anything anywhere near as close as an alternative, definitely watch the EPL - but nothing comes close to my attachment and excitement for the Tigers.

Hate the off-season.

This off season recovering from right knee surgery on 26/8/19.
Have had arthrotomy surgery & PVNS excision.
Recovery time similar to that of a knee replacement.
Not much strength in right upper right quad muscle, can't lift leg off bed, which is normal for this procedure.
Will return in time.
Slowly getting more movement each day in knee area, and started physio last week.
Not allowed to drive a vehicle until at earliest 10th October, 2019.

So it's " off season rehab" for me......:+1: :v:

NFL for me ... i converted about 4 years ago after finally deciding to learn the rules.

Great timing as well, as i can get stuck into week 1 and not dwell too much on the Tigers missing out on the semis again.

@bythebeardofzeus thanks no doubt like the players, I will be ready to go for season 2020.
The players will be fitter, leaner, stronger.
I will be a bit older, slower, but still cheeky.:wink: and holding out for the ever elusive score of wests tigers winning
