Maybe find a spot for Oliver Clarke somewhere, he went ok, no worse than what we have at the moment.

Agreed in regards to Ollie,he has played twice in first grade this year he certainly isnt a world beater but he tries his ring out he deserves another shot

@jadtiger his defence is as good as Matulino, and that’s a big thing to say, probably the only two that hit and stick. Taylor is very good at stopping any leg drive from the opposition, just chops off their legs. I’ll change my team abit, start Clark and put Aloiai onto the bench.

I agree with that. I think goal kicking duties have had a detrimental effect on him. I’d like to see him play without that responsibility.

I wouldn’t drop Marsters he’s had some games to forget but also some great games. He tries hard and is hard to handle. Young players with power and talent need to be persevered with others wise we won’t be developing any stars of the future. We are not winning anything with this roster but can build.

Taylor is a good defender but doesn’t bring much in attack. Farah tackles as well as most locks in the game. He may not punch it up the middle as well as a third middle forward may but he’d create more around the middle and be a an extra threat on the field. Taylor isn’t exactly a battering ram metre eater type forward anyway.

The truth is we can’t defend points with this team. We look dangerous when we’re playing fast and throwing the ball around. Farah at lock would give us that extra attack and threat to a defence.
