Your team v Broncos

Gamble won't be anywhere near the team unless an injury to Brooks or Marshall occurs in the next couple of weeks. Reynolds is back in Round 5, maybe even earlier, and he'll just be put further down the pecking order. And don't mention bench utility, he won't get a crack there either.

Yes I agree …. the Coach has quite few options in the half’s before considering pushing the kid into the mincegrinder .... way too early!

How does everyone know about ET and Kev being in doubt? Did I miss something? 😕

Taylor was seen getting strapped during the game against the storm. Kev went off for a Hih but seeing he came on you would imagine he is ok.

We need a little more strike power and size in centres more than what Naiqama has provided us. I'd be happy with any of the three I have named. Why do we need 2 hookers ?? Having Taylor at 13 who has played at number 9 for his country, allows us to a more versitile utility on the bench rather carry a 2nd hooker sitting there for 60 mins. I remember a few years ago, might have been under a coach i rather forget, but he actually went into a few games with 4 big forwards on the bench and just rotated them on ond off at the right moment .. worked a treat for about 4 weeks as we smashed teams up the middle and I think we won 3 of those games and lost the other by 2 points.

1\. Lolohea
2\. Thompson
3\. Marsters
4\. Milne / Fonua / MWZ
5\. Nofoluma
6\. Marshall
7\. Brooks
8\. Packer
9\. Godinet / McIlwirck
10\. Matulino
11\. Lawrence
12\. Rochow
13\. Taylor

14\. Gamble
15\. Aloiai
16\. Twal
17\. Eisnehuth

I'd like to see Kev dropped, but who do we have to take his place? :frowning:

Funua. Better in attack and offloads. Must be there shortly. Please don't go on about dropping bombs etc. Everyone does, including Slater et al. He played well in reserve grade in both weeks.

In saying that, I thought Kevin did play ok the other night.

Excuse my ignorance, but is Fonua a centre? I thought he was a winger, but even if he is, does he have the ability to make the shift to centre and do a better job?

In the UK he was played both on the wing and in the centres, in the same games. He would swap for attack/defence.

Could have to do it without Elijah and Kev this week..

How bad is the hammy Geo ??

Couple of weeks ??

Was a bad cork…50/50 to play should only be 1 week hopefully if he doesn't..

They have to see inside Kev's head with H.I.A protocols..

If a cork will probably be named and given a chance until Friday?

Thanks white, yeah those were exactly my thoughts because he came back on. Didn't see Taylor getting strapped because of the cork but I would assume he will be named unless he fails any fitness tests.
