Not sure what Mcilwrik did wrong….in my opinion he was the best of that lot and didn't deserve to loose his place.

If Liddle isn't right, maybe have The Grub in at 9\. I guess the only other changes would be to move Thompson back to fullback and Mahe back into the centres with Frozone on the wing. Unless by some miracle we get Moses.

The hooking spot is a real problem, it's amazing how well the side is going actually given that.
 
I’ve gone a bit nuts this week, but what the hell. Our attitude in defence has really exceeded everyone’s expectations so far this year, but to be honest every time we’ve had the ball ive wondered where the points will come from. We’ve had so many games this year that we’ve won or lost by less than 4 points.

I’m assuming Nofo is out for a while.

- Marsters has been a real strike weapon for us in the centres, but he needs to get the ball more and we need some strike power in the back row. I could see him reeking havoc.

- Marshall to centre. Simplify his game. Tell him to just run the ball.

- Liddle on at the 20min mark with Taylor to then move back to lock.

- Packer/Twal and Matulino/Grant is a much more balanced rotation for mine. Eisenhuth could also spend a bit of time at prop.

- If Reynolds runs out of gas, Benji to 5/8 and Marsters back to centre to finish the game.

- Lolohea last chance at fullback.

I dont mind marshall in cente he played well there on brooks debut but doesnt have the speed anymore.

I think hed be defensively fine and would do good dummy half runs

How about:- Tui to centre, Marsters to second row, Heleta to MWZ'S wing.
He is a good fullback and can catch a ball. We could do with some speed.

Matulino is another Woods, he's big and mean looking but he's as aggressive as a mouse. Really hasn't impressed me at all

Heleta is not on a NRL contract Col…no chance..
 
Matulino retired from rep footy Packer wouldn't get a visa because of past indiscretion Taylor said Tigers are the priority but if selected he would go.

If Liddle is not right, Macca in. MCK on the bench, Grant to start with Packer, and Mats and Twal on bench. Without an 80 minute hooker we will need to persist with Grub on the bench, needs more time out there though.

Naiqama in and to centre, better defensive prospect than Fonua, plus he passes and we can use Fonua on kick returns in Nofo's absence.
