Your Tigers Team vs Sydney Roosters

I beleive we are short 1x quality edge backrower (#11) who can play long minutes strike some fear into teams. Someone like (Joel Thompson, Jason Bukuya, Luke Lewis all off contract) would be handy especially if we offloading sironen as rumoured.
We obviously need a proven goal kicker (centre) too!! (Bryson Goodwin would solve half our issues)

Think best team we can field next week and moving forward is;
1\. James Tedesco
2\. David Nofoaluma
3\. Tim Simona
4\. Jordan Rankin
5\. Josh Addo-Carr
6\. Mitchel Moses
7\. Luke Brooks
8\. Aaron Woods
9\. Robbie Farah
10.Tim Grant
11.Josh Aloiai
12.Chris Lawrence
13.Elijah Taylor

INTERCHANGE
14\. Matt Ballin
15\. Ava Seumanufagai
16\. Suaso Sue
17\. Kyle Lovett

Kevin unlucky to miss out. But he needs to work on his Defensive reads. I personally beleive it is more his fault then Nofoluma as Nofo has no choice but to follow him in. Until we have a better kicker, Rankin is big enough to play centre and skilled enough to setup his outside man and solves our issue of having to fit Addo-Car into the team.

Welcome to the forum likeatiger.. I like your team I would just swap Jordan Rankin for Asepeli Fine to get some size in the centres…

I am loving having Sue off the bench instead of having solid but not bend the line forwards on the bench like Dene Halatau and Kyle Lovett..

JAC defended at centre for the last 10-15 mins of last nights game . Maybe JT is considering playing him at centre from now on as well ??

Simona injured his ankle midway through the second half, so they were trying to hide him as much as possible on the edge. Wouldn't be surprised if he missed this week, though the long turnaround will help.

As for the team, I expect we'll get an extended bench named - adding Farah and Woods to the fwds from last week. Not sure what to expect in the backs - though I'm scared JAC will be the one to miss out.

If Ado-Carr doesn't get picked this week, this club is a joke… I understand we need a goalkicker but by far excluding Teddy he is our best back this year deserves to be picked and dropping him to NSW cup won't help our chances of resigning him.

If Simona is out I'd put Nofa at centre and Rankin comes in at wing with the other vacant wing spot going to Ado-Carr

1\. James Tedesco
2\. Jordan Rankin
3\. Kevin Naquima
4\. David Nofaluma
5\. Joshua Ado-Carr

Rankin is more comfortable at Centre than he is at Wing.

Nofo has been terrible in the centres previously due mainly to his bad defence, haven't seen anything from him to suggest he has improved in this area.

The good thing is in my opinion that the best decision has been made and Rankin was dropped. Rankin has been good and I have no problems with him but you can't go out of your way to find a spot for him based on his performances so far. He doesn't look any better than any of the other options within the backline.

 Im wondering if after the STO that Woods n Farah shouldnt be rested.
We might win this one as well with out Farah. What do you think guys.
