To me, it doesn't sound one way or the other. A woman approached him, he danced with her and then kissed her.

Don't want to dismiss the way she felt, though.

Man, it's tough to be a bloke. While I don't agree with their actions and that they seem aggressive (I certainly wouldn't do it), the sole responsibility to determine where the line seems to rest only with the bloke. Grinding while dancing? Really?

The clear way to send the message is to walk away. Even a push or say 'No'. I'm not sure I get the whole 'frozen' argument. I can't see where she gave them any signal/feedback for them to understand her intentions.

It happens all the time, and the guys get put in their place all the time.

Seem to recall The POM in an earlier post saying that if he is cleared (which they seemed to think was a good chance) he will play for us.

Not commenting on Coleman, but if you break down the facts presented, Musgrove has been accused of:

1. Kissing the woman
2. Grinding while dancing with her
3. Putting his arm around her and pulling her close

She claims she didn’t consent to any of it...

The video shows she approached him first, continued to dance with him after being kissed and stayed around during this “non-consent”.

Sorry, but “frozen” or not, if a woman kisses you back, she has consented to the kiss. Regret and consent should not be confused.

Seems opportunistic to me...

He's been out of the game for basically 2 years. Though, Lodge was out for longer.

It's only 1 right? Happened in the last pre-season.

... and Lodge being out was rightfully so. The two incidents are chalk and cheese.

Given the details that are emerging here this is just another black mark in the how the NRL treats the Wests Tigers differently to their preferred clubs.

Disgrace if found not guilty. Should sue the game for damages
