Hearing the news absolutely stunned me. I never met Geo in person, but having been part of the mod team for many years together and apart of the wider forum beyond that, he was always well respected and someone's opinion that was valued. As an admin you wanted his approval when moderating to...
Many many many years ago the forum started independently, but then got linked to the club and access was through its website, due to it being linked to the club it necessitated having an admin and moderation team, at the time I believe some comments were made on other clubs forums against public...
@kul can you let us mods know who has been removed from the mod team and who hasn't. Bit rough if some of us have been shafted without any communication after continuously being mods since the forum was officially linked with the clubs website
I'm excited to see if he can make a difference to the club. He's got a point to prove and a chance to rebuild his career in the NRL. If he can replicate his off field enthusiasm and focus to his onfield performances he may just be someone we can build a team around and finally see some success.
This is from the telegraph and buzz? if it was one of our players they wouldn't hesitate to name our club just to have another negative article floating around
I think it would be a boost for the club to stick by madge, show the media they are willing to back the man they extended not even 12 months ago and let him have more time to see his plan come through developing the younger players and youth pathways. Move on some more deadwood over the off...
He needs to go, he doesn't know how to take control of a game. At times you can see he doesn't know what he Is doing, staggering and stop-starting across the field. No one around him knows what he is doing so the attack completely breaks down.
It was Farah's fault for dominating attack. Then It...
What I appreciate the most, is that deapite the way she exited the club she still supports and promotes anything Wests Tigers through twitter and other social media. Classy lady
@Madge I still maintain he isn't an organising halfback and should be used as a running 5/8th.. it's his job to direct the team and make the rights calls, the amount of times he gets the ball takes one stop in one direction and then stops and goes the other and no one else knows what play he is...
Luke Brooks looked lost.. Had some good runs, but also some momentum killing stop starts. He's the new Fitzhenry stopping and starting and changing his mind and moving nowhere.
Brooks isn't an organising half. He needs to shift to 5/8th and just play a running/supporting game. Problem is attracting or developing a dominant controlling halfback.
Brooks has struggled all year. Even when we've won it's no credit to him.
He's indecisive in attack, his kicking game (or lack there of) is inconsistent at best.
If he has to stay in the team then move him to 5/8th where he can just run the ball because he isn't an organising half.
This game has just shown every team in the NRL how to beat us.. play straight, play quick and even if you don't make good ground just put a bomb up because Mbye couldn't catch a cold.
