Line speed aweful tbh. They didn’t move off the line as fast as I would have liked, but the signs are there.
Same shit as alwaysLine speed aweful tbh.
Not enough aggression.
Not dominant enough to allow the line to reset.
Dont wrap the ball enough and still allow offloads and quick ptb’s.
Laterally, many are still easily beaten.
Cayless has his work cutout.
Same shit as always
All the other coaches probably have better job security. All other coaches did a interview
Robinson’s job security over Madge’s by a nose. All the other coaches probably have better job security.
You didn’t notice the stronger defence?

The membership sticker on the back of my car has already faded. Is this a sign?If it was only Paw's opinion solely it may not be of much concern, though reading that the players are already tuned out in the dressing room is.
Especially so when we hear Matthew Johns and others expressing criticism during the week that Maguire is still sticking to processes that may have worked in the past, but considered way out of date as the game has moved on.
His structures have taken the club backwards over three seasons and that they are already openly questioning whether he will see out the season because of such remains alarming.
No, it’s only a faded sticker. The membership sticker on the back of my car has already faded. Is this a sign?
Wish simpkins would hang around Webster-Mansfield and pauga more needs more mussleIt's an interesting one. For the 1st 38mins thought out middles did hit harder, they came from both sides and prevented large advantages / meters made + slowed the ruck speed down well. Both Lucy and Kelma stayed in position. Peachy was the 3rd man in most times roving & Liddle wasn't left alone in 1-1 situations. It prevented Manly for most of the game to go wide. A penalty and a great 40/20 from DCE got them down our end aside from that the Manly forwards struggled to make meters & we actually had the better of the field position because of it.
2nd 40mins our more experienced forwards in Seyfarth, Musgrove, Simpkins, Joffa, Twal and Mik struggled big time against a bunch of reggies/3rd graders.

I dunno how anyone can conclude the players werent listening...myself I thought Madge looked a bit intense for a trial ...but it seemed to me they all were engagedThe comment in the game thread about Maguire speaking in the dressing shed and the players not listening is eerily similar to reports from last year. Good grief if true this cannot be allowed to continue. Even if we finish in the bottom 4 this year, we must salvage something like a reputation for strong defence. Based on last night, that is not going to ha
