I'd say the plan is getting him in firsts quicker then most, we don't exactly have the bests centres holding him back, once he proves himself we'd be in the hot seat for an extensionProblem is at that age he may well play at 4-5 different clubs before he even sees 1st grade.
It's great that we are signing young talent with an eye to the future but IMO we need to be signing for the here and now- players that will make an immediate difference to our fortunes ie: Papalii and Api. Everybody knows that whenever a young player shows a glimpse of promise at any club the Roosters come calling with their undisclosed "bonuses" and not to forget Uncle Nick calling them at bedtime to read them a lullaby. Then they disappear into the Roosters ether.
