RIP SHANE WARNE

It’s sad that I have clearly been head hunted in this thread. Even the most innocuous comments have been jumped on.
A legend has died, regardless of it's impending results you could not find it in your heart to salute one of the greatest cricketers of all time. Say something to that effect.
If down the track things are revealed then you'll have your chance to be be negative.
If I say how nice the blue sky is, you would come back and say, no its Gases and particles in Earth's atmosphere or something like that. We are trying to help you, if you dont want to be helped then leave us to be happy.

It’s only you and the usual suspects who have had an issue. What a surprise that is. I didn’t quote any of you, you are the ones who came at me. I was minding my own business. And it’s poor form to trivialise someone‘s mental health. As for Warne, you can interpret as negative as you want, but there’s nothing negative about pondering the circumstances of someone’s demise. Now please stop trying to appear offended over everything I say simply cos you don’t like me. It achieves nothing.

Was going to ask everyone to pull their heads in for Warnie's sake, but he loved a sledge.
Absolutely mate. You'd remember how he had the edge over Daryl Cullinan. Well, according to the South African news, Warnie died on Cullinan's birthday. I also loved the way he named Ian Bell the Sherminator. Would love to have been out there to hear him chirp.

You just don't get it. Your overbearing negativity on just about every issue grinds people down. I don't dislike you because I don't know you but I dislike 90% of your posts.

This thread isn't about you.

Jog on.

A larger than life figure, that’s for sure. Probably the most high profile Australian death since maybe Steve Irwin. Look, I’m not trying to post any conspiracy theories or anything, and idk if this is an elephant in the room, but what chance is there that drugs might have been involved? Zero evidence at this stage, I get that. And I get that it isn’t impossible to drop dead of a heart attack at 52, but knowing Warnie, knowing he enjoyed a good time, being in Thailand. Did he do something to induce a heart attack? I’m just trying to make sense of it. I can accept it of course if it was natural causes, but it makes me wonder.
Mate give it a break the bloke puffed ciggies , sank beer and ate like shit not like his body was a temple he was an aussie icon who was one of the boys give it a break and playing the victim card of people are picking on me is kinda sad man like when the kid that causes all the mayhem runs to mum and dad to get their own way. get over yourself not everything is about the all knowing GNR

Go away and come back when you have something positive and happy to say.
Let's give you a chance now, tell us a joke in Dads Humour.
Until then leave this thread to people who are grieving or remembering the great cricketer Warnie.

I thought he was such a pest, only when he retired did I realise how massive his impact was. True legend.

I do agree Dan Andrews should've waited at least a few days before announcing the grandstand re-naming.... Nice sentiment but seems insincere so soon
Gotta admit I liked him better early in his career when he was more a lad.
As OOohh ahhh said, he packed a lot into his life
