Watching the Peachey interview the other day and the reporter asked him was he excited to be wearing the 13. His body language gave up the obvious that he knew he wasn't starting this week. I think that is a wise move to start with Joffa vs Storm as the early exchanges will be very willing. Peach can come on later and do his distribution thing.

Just noticed on the NRL Site that a new Judiciary structure comes into place from now on. Victor Radley is celebrating cos from Round 1 all players have a clean slate with no carryovers from past transgressions (other than those who are currently suspended)

I got Manly winning tonight. I think Penrith will have a shaky start to the season but they'll be up there towards the business end like the last couple years

the off season felt like an eternity but thankfully footy's back. Manly 1-12 tonight. Warriors v Dragons game of the round. Tigers will show some signs of improvement but will ultimately go down v Melbourne. let's get after it.

Reckon Manly will do in Penrith. Penrith lost a few decent players from last year. Reckon Kikau will have one eye on the Dogs next year. Chin is out probably still "recovering from shoulder injury" (trying to pass the last round of PED's.)

I like a port (or two) prior to the game just to calm nerves. Quantities after that dependent upon state of play.
