Wests Tigers are financially sound, have massive upside in the revamped pathways programme, management is re-focusing strategically, the COE is almost open, we will soon be a destination club (based on performance reality and not past disappointments), we have our own jungle, we have our own ambush, and we have this forum!

Nobody cares about that stuff when the football team are total dogshit.

Most clubs have a 'centre of excellence' and we are only a 'destination club' for retirees squeezing out an extra season or two of first grade at the end of their career. Top tier players openly laugh at us as an option.

I have to give credit to the fans who still go and cheer. That was me between 98 and 2019.

Covid, Kayo and the economics of going to watch a heartless team ended it for me. But if you fold this club the NRL can go get stuffed, I'll be out and I'll just watch European soccer or something. Much better than union or aerial ping pong. We've all done our bit.
