Penrith games are slow imo because they peel off slowly in defense. They remind me defensively like Canterbury in the 80s slow off, offside out wide.. We would be playing with 11 with their tactics. But the NRL has a vested interest in a successful Penrith with their islander junior base. Business is business.
Let's face it they should have been out against Parramatta in W2 finals last year and got the breaks, and trust me I don't like Parramatta lol.
