Our problem for a long time has been desire not tactics. Footy is a simple game.

What has been keeping the desire level low?
Constant change? Logo, team song, home grounds, captains, etc.
Uncertainty due to changing policies and procedures?
Financial uncertainty?
Personality clashes, based on previous allegiance?
Whatever it is, Wouldn’t it be great to throw it in the wheely bin this week?

I still believe we only create the appearance of training when the cameras are around. We really only have a plan A and we struggle to execute that most of the time. I believe Madge would be a good conditioning coach but hasn't evolved with the game enough to create a team that can compete and adapt.

Importantly, why haven’t we made Bellamy an offer he can’t resist? Surely he could be swayed with a cool 2m a year offer for 5 years…

Isn’t he off contract? Doesn’t our CEO have us un our best position ever financially?
