Yeah lamb mince with onion and parsley, finely chopped.

Sweet paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, ground cumin, ground cinnamon.

Do you put Tzatziki on there or just Greek yoghurt?

Make that mixture with the herbs and splash in some olive oil... then add the mince. Mix it up , cover it and let it marinade for 4 hours or so.

So much flavour.

Trying to remain disciplined, have lost about 17kg since late last year. So probably some seafood and nothing excessive.

But, there will be plenty of chocolate. Just as Jesus intended when he created the Easter holidays.
