Madge must be really off him, cause that way you could just put the Peach at #1 and leave T'oa on the wing / in the centres with not much disruption

I don't blame him though
 
Kepaoa on the wing makes me nervous. Especially when he hasn’t played for so long. Would prefer he had a run in reserves.

I guess we have no choice. Would be nice to find an outside back/fullback to fill the 30th squad spot.

I totally agree ,madge please explain. I remember going to a Parramatta/ Tigers game early last year .we lost 36-22 ,they got 12 pts in last 10 minutes
Kepoa was on left wing it was shambolic

Peachey has been awful in reserve grade.
 
New fullback, centers and wingers - Lomax must be licking his lips.

I'm actually looking forward to seeing what AJ is made of & hopefully he gets an injury free run so we can see it. Think he could cement a role in our side for the next few years, has size and some speed. Just needs to catch the ball being out on the wing.
 
We're already going with Madden on the bench, though Liddle is the player who clearly struggles with fatigue/fitness. Really sucks that Laurie is out as otherwise Toa would simply replace Maumalo.
These injuries and back line changes are going to eventually have catastrophic results for the team - as it's making an already vulnerable team even more weaker.
See this game like I now see the Knights game, in that they're gonna be up for it and we're gonna be caught napping.
Just when things look so bright. Oh well we have our work cut out for us and if we can keep the same level of enthusiasm and effort we might get away with another win.
Doesn't look good for us though.
 
Still can not comprehend Madden on the bench. Seems a wasted bench spot

I rather see Jake Simpkins.

All the best to AJ. Hope he kills it and he showed some promise before injuries struck.

Does anyone think Austin Dias or Fonua Pole will debut in NRL this season?
 
Really hope things work out with Kepaoa, but usually, after a long injury absence, a player comes back via reserve grade and works his way into the top team, fitness and form etc.

We always seem to do it tough.
We just have no real depth.

Hopefully he had a hand transplant. Coz they were deadset flippers. And his positioning on the wing in attack was terrible. But for half a game at centre he looked ok. Let’s cling on to that.
Go Flippers! That is my pet name for him.
 
I'm starting to have faith in the coaching staff.
We don't know the intricacies of managing this team. We don't know who been performing well at training etc. or who isn't.
Madge has done alright in the last 2 games so I guess we'll see what transpires.
 
The fact a man who has not played in over a year (i believe) gets picked in our backline and this is AFTER we have been forced to select a disgraceful defender in Gildud basically states we are at rock bottom for selections in our backline.
However i hope the team plays well and we get a win despite all that.With the injuries we have the standard of our backline is extremely poor

He's not good on the wing. The few games at centre really showed me that he's a keeper there. Hel be a good centre.

Doubt it now. Honestly apart from Nofo all the backline are out of position. Apart from Gildart who is basically out of position every defensive play.. 🤔

Did you see the games he played at centre? Really decent. He looked like a natural centre. Him and Doueihi would be awesome in the centres
