You could probably play Brooks at centre. I reckon you could play him at fullback as well but his defense in the line has been huge for us.

I used to think Brooks could only play in the halves but he has a lot to his game. He is a threat out wide as well.

The coaching staff have to figure it out. Doueihi to me needs the ball in his hands a lot as well.

Problem is he gets the ball in his hands - And that's where it stays.

Doueihi can as well. Brooks is more versatile than what I thought. I'd have no problems throwing him into any spine position. I think he is better off though not being that creative middle player ala Hastings. I honestly think Brooks could defend in the centres and that is a hard position to defend in. He could definitely run the ball out wide.

It'll be interesting what Madge does next week. I think Brooks is the only threat out wide atm. Gildart is probably a threat but his defense is not first grade level. Garner can defend but they shut him down easy.

I suppose I think we need all of them in the team and maybe even Madden.

I thought his spot was 7 or gone and I think Hastings is a better 7. I'm starting to think you should use him elsewhere. He has a lot to his game. Good defense, he can ball play, he can put in a good kick, he is fast and he can make a bust with footwork.
