Our problem this year has been scoring tries so 7 is right track
Defence im passed at their 2nd try straight up middle our middle forwards asleep and their 4 th try should never got to line .junior toupo not much of a tackler
Hastings directed our first 4 tries but Madden and Brown turned it all back our way
Madden better than Brooks and Nu Brown seems a talent

Madden doesn’t rate a shadow of Brooks for mine , sure he scored a try but i thought the rest of his game very ordinary, Toa not a fullback either

Nope! brooks is shit, even when he’s covering up line breaks from the other side of the field , creating the only expansive play , when we are being rolled against the cowboys . Or shhhhh….. being able to drop a bomb perfect timing on the 1m line …. Which no other half in the club seems to be able to do well. (Not bagging anyone, just commenting on brooks) .
My call right now . If he was playing tonight it would have been 50. That dogs edge defence was garbage , and the ball ended up way too often in the back towers hands flat footed , than a speedy centre like nadens.

For the record . Brooks is not shit … not even a little . Even though demps and hobbo are dirty at him because he cut their grass at at the sack ville one night in 2012.

You wouldn’t hear it in the media though…

If liddle/Simpkin haven’t recovered from concussion and if Hastings is out next week, we may have to field a spine of;

7 Madden
9 Brown

Gotta disagree Demps , i do think Douehi is a good footballer and is a decent 6 but not sure if that’s his best posi for the team , Brooksy has played much more to our liking since being moved to the 6 and Madden would be a distant 3rd for mine
