Comments like yours will see the conservatives in Opposition for years. Electing Dutton will just about ensure it happens. Gladys among a host of comments said Morrison was the PM for Morrison. Tim Wilson is another disgrace. I might get a short subscription to Sky to watch the nashing of the teeth from Credlin and Co,

Wong has been a loyal Labor member for years. But don't you believe the so-called Teal candidates represent the real Liberals? Morrison represents the far right wing christian fundamentalists. Turnbull was a traditional Liberal and I imagine he is very happy today with Morrison booted. I'm told weather in Hawaii this time of year is better than Sydney!
What do you base that on? She’s in the senate so conventions dictate she won’t be Prime Minister.

Labor 32% of primary vote, Liberal 35% so they thought the polling was right to some degree what they didn't count in was the teal independents winning the inner city seats,

I doubt living standards matter one little bit to those safe liberal seats. The Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches aren't about doing it tough.
My take is the Libs stuffed up big time and Australians voted exceptionally well.
The Libs stuffed up with:-
1. Flirting a little bit with the crazy religious right.
2. They lacked action on climate change.
3. Keeping Morrison.
4. Not promoting more women and especially women that aren't crazy fringe right wing lunatics.
I'm really stoked and I'm not really political in that I don't care that much about Labor vs Liberal. I care about screwing over the religious right. They should have no say whatsoever in how a modern country is run.
